Sardinian Sensorial Experience with Cantina Mesa
With our blind tasting, we will bring you to experience our Cantina Mesa wine sensibly using your ears, nose, and mouth with our special guest - Erika. During the event, you will have the chance to taste the Cantina Mesa while being blindfolded and listening to the audio track with Gavino Sanne's voice which explains each wine.
He is Cantina Mesa's founder; through his voice, you can feel his beloved Sardinia and Cantina Mesa wine .

About Erika Gallon
Born in Valdobbiadene, the homeland of the Prosecco Superiore and based in Hong Kong. She studied Marketing and Management in Padova and Norway, concluding with a master's thesis on the Monopoly of Wine in Canada and Scandinavia. She brought the combination of passion for wine and Asia Culture back to Italy.She entered the professional wine world and achieved the sommelier diploma and 3rd level of WSET. She worked as Export Manager for one of the first organic wineries in Italy, with a strong focus on North America. In 2014, she moved to Hong Kong and joined Amorosso Fine Wines as Sales Director.Today, she is the Regional Manager of Asia Pacific for Santa Margherita Wine Group, and she directs strategies, sales, marketing plans, and budgets for the whole area with her team.
